Forty-five minutes
The same work, held remotely. You rest at home at the agreed hour while the session is sent — for anyone living away from the area, or for whom travelling is the hard part.

A focused session moving through each of the seven centres in turn — easing the ones that are congested, steadying the ones doing too much of the work.

Full day · small group
A day of teaching and attunement for anyone who wants to practise Reiki for themselves, their family, and their friends. Manual and certificate included.

I am a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, and I have been practising energy work for several years.
